Leonard Vance started with the sheet metal industry in 1965. Len is well versed in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning industry as well as total service, electrical, controls and sheet metal. During his career Len has worked throughout the Pacific Northwest and Montana as a design and trouble shooting consultant for a major HVAC manufacturer, then as a service manager for various HVAC dealerships. 

In 1986 Len established his own company Vance Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.. Len's goal has always been to provide his clients with a higher quality product, installation and backed by an allstar service team.

Len is actively involved with the daily functions of his company including installations and problem solving.
